With this step we are aiming at introducing a reliable and systematic approach, as implemented in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in other industries (machine-building, food products or medical devices) in the agricultural sector. The active knowledge and experience of the farmer is an important component in this partnership. In contrast to brokers, we see ourselves as corporate consultants with the necessary specialisation and experience in M&A-transactions for the agricultural sector.
